During your wine tour in Saint-Émilion, you will discover the satellite appellations and Pomerol. You will learn the history of the Jurisdiction of Saint-Émilion. Then, the different classifications of the right bank of Bordeaux will no longer hold any secrets for you.

You will share the passion for the vines of the founders of the prestigious Châteaux on the right bank, their descendants and the new owners. Each of the areas will teach you the winemaking techniques used there. You will see how different wine can be from one property to another.

Finally, you will discover, with your local guide, the medieval village of Saint-Emilion. This village, classified since 1999 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, can be visited on foot. The beauty of this heritage will seduce you during this stroll through the pedestrian streets of the village of Moine Emilion.

For your lunch, we will have reserved for you a table in one of the charming restaurants of Saint-Emilion, or the surroundings. We select for our guests tables favoring local products and offering a gastronomic pleasure worthy of the wines that will accompany your meal.

During your wine tour in Saint-Emilion, you will visit three Châteaux among the different appellations around the village. Each visit will conclude with a tasting. And you will see some of the biggest names in the vineyard, such as Château Ausone, Château Angelus, Château Cheval Blanc, or Château Petrus, in Pomerol.

Your first visit of the day, around Saint-Émilion. The estate surrounded by its vines will welcome you to discover the secrets of the vine and the making of wine. Your visit will conclude with a tasting of the estate wines.

You can stroll through the medieval village of the monk Émilion. The village located at the top of a hill, offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards. You will be able to appreciate the architectural richness of this heritage, which combines constructions made from the 11th century to the 21st century. You can admire the beauty of the hilly landscapes, covered with some of the most famous vineyards in the world. You will not resist taking out your cameras to keep a memory of these enchanting panoramas.

This restaurant is surrounded by the most prestigious vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. The cuisine is simple but refined. The chef works with producers whose expertise guarantees fresh and quality local products. The terrace, born from the design of Jean Nouvel, offers an exceptional view of the vineyards.

You will discover a Premier Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion, Château Canon, built 250 years ago by the privateer Jacques Canon.

To conclude your day, you will visit Beauregard, which was one of the residences of the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem, during the Crusades in the Holy Land. The only battle, still waged today by the owners of the estate, is that which allows them each year to make one of the best wines of the Pomerol appellation.
